Dr. Albert takes his time to explain any issues and shows you exactly what hes referring to on your scan. He is very knowledgeable and clearly cares about his patients — you can tell he loves his craft. The girls who cleaned my teeth were great; I didn’t feel a thing. The receptionists were also very friendly and helpful.

After a previous bad experience at Sage Dental, I was worried the new dental procedure was to schedule multiple visits for just one cleaning (to charge more monies)... but thats not the case here! Not only is the staff, ALL the staff amazing, they are also wonderful with Toddlers!!! As a working mom, time is VERY important. I can honestly say that Weve found our family Dentist! First time going to Dr Albert & associates. First class service and very clean office, all the staff members are very friendly and professional. They will work with you on your schedule the best they can. All in all very satisfied with the service provided . Also took my mother to get her new partial’s and they came out beautiful!

When I first move to Broward County, I searched quite a while for a good honest Dentist. It was very hard to find. They usually just didnt care. Ill never forget the first time I visited Dr. Albert. The whole staff was very kind and treated me extremely well. I have periodontal disease, so my teeth arent the best and even though I brush, floss, and get my teeth cleaned every 3 months they needed work. No other Dentist seemed to care. Dr. Albert, after x-rays and a exam told me that I needed to have some procedures done. He told me which one we should do immediately and which ones we could put at the back of the list. I was so grateful to have a Dentist that actually cared. He told me if it didnt need to be fixed we werent going to fix it that is his basic philosophy. He doesnt do any unnecessary work. He is honest and pleasant, and his staff is wonderful. The office manager is wonderful when it comes to paying for services, she was extremely helpful. My wife had negative experiences with other dentist, so she was fearful to get the work that she needed done on her teeth. That fear actually lasted for a couple of years. But I was able to convince my wife to go see Dr. Albert. When she came home after that 1st visit, she told everyone in the office including Dr. Albert, were so nice and so patient, that she felt so comfortable like never before sitting in a dentist’s chair. After a couple of months, the work has been completed, and it is beautiful. Dr. Albert and associates are the best, Recently, my wife was having a lot of pain in her gums and she went in without an appointment because she was in so much pain and they took care of her quickly. Dr. Albert is professional and accommodating. I had a problem with an implant from another dentist, which is not from a manufacturer he works with. His office took the time to find out the model number and obtain the necessary hardware to fix my implant. He could have charged me for a new implant, but went out of his way to fix mine and save me money. I definitely recommend this office and will be his patient for life.

BEWARE!!!!! I am disgusted and disappointed with this dentist office. My mom Has been to the dentist for a while, however since it has been taken over by its new owner, evidently there is some shady dealings that have been going on. When I first came to this office, referred by my mom, everything was great. The staff is super friendly and I was completely satisfied with the service, the dentist had informed me my bridge needed to be replaced however it was not urgent and could wait until my insurance kicked in sometime next year. Fast-forward to a few weeks ago, I go into the office for my routine dental cleaning, as I’m checking out, I am informed by the receptionist, also office manager that the bridge should really be replaced as soon as possible, and when I told her that financially, it was not an option right now she told me maybe I should get a second job to help pay for the expense. At first, I didn’t think anything of it however, when I left the office and told my mom about what had happened she made me realize that was highly inappropriate and absolutely disgusting that a Dentist would say that. I was not going to post this because I believe all businesses deserve a fair chance with the public however what I have learned about this dentist office and what they are doing is egregious. Think twice about using this dentist.

I have been coming here for years however I lost my insurance due to a layoff. I refused to go to another dentist for two years ! If I could give them a zero star rating, I would this place is completely Horrible, horrible customer service from the front desk including the manager she is clearly the worst and money hungry. She is just completely rude. Does not let you speak. She speaks over you while you’re trying to speak and explain your situation. The other girl in the front is completely rude as well has an attitude when she speaks seems like she copying all of her managers bad and disrespectful habits. Clearly she doesn’t care to help anyone when they ask questions. What kind of practice do you guys run here when your staff is completely unprofessional. I don’t know how the doctor allows to have such rude and disrespectful staff representing the front of the office. And I was recommended stating that this was the best practice ever. I will find a different office that will actually treat their patients with more respect and actually acknowledge them when they’re trying to ask questions.

Dr. Dina and her staff are great!!! Made me very comfortable and made sure all the work I needed was done properly. They answered every and all (and I had a bunch) of my questions and made me feel at ease. Im not a big fan of the dentist but I can honestly say, I have found one I am happy to visit now and for many years to come.

All persons in the clinic are very friendly, and warmly welcome you. Dr Alberto is very professional. He is sweet, caring, and treats us with respect. He has soft hands. While he is working, clearly describes what he is doing in a way we understand. He gives us different options to choose from according to the procedures we must take in order to have better oral health. I widely recommend him. It is a great addition to the clinic.

My experience today was amazing with Dr. Alberto Graupera. Hes so comforting. Im terrified of going to the dentist but Dr.Alberto Graupera and his assistant made my visit such a pleasant one. He was friendly and he explained everything he was going to do, we started talking about movies and our pets and before you know my procedure was over and I left the visit with a total different outlook on going to the dentist.

If I could give Dr. Dina and her staff a 6, I would. Ive been to places where every time you go you are treated by a different dentist, because I dont know, either the establishments are so big or there is a high turnover rate. Here I have my dentist. She knows me and my family and our needs (she is my kids dentist as well! 4,5 & 9) and she sees a treatment from beginning to end. I trust her completely and will be with her for many years to come!

I was having pain in an area where I previously had a filling done in another city. The staff was amazing and was able to squeeze me in the following morning. I was veryworries I would need a root canal. Dr. Aylmer immediately eased my fears. He has great bedside manner and clinical skills. Dr. Dina and her staff is gentle, professional, family oriented in their very own way, and most importantly very knowledgeable. After my first visit with her office I have not looked to no other dentistry for my services. My only regret is not, knowing about her and her staff sooner.

I have been with Dr. Dina for over 10 years she is amazing. I just had 4 implants done by her and the experience with her and her staff was amazing. I have had problems with my teeth all my life and have gone to many dentists she is the best I have ever had.

Dr. Dina is an exceptionally competent professional. The technician who has done my cleanings is the best ever. At the risk of sounding racist or xenophobic, I have to say the female of African descent they inevitably turn me over to at the end of my appointments has driven me away from Dr. Dinas practice. This lady cant pronounce my last name correctly, even after I tell it to her several times (she cant pay attention), her math is lousy, she cant apply my insurance properly, her English language skills are wanting (she doesnt sound like shes a native speaker, at least not of North American English). She seems like a very nice person in her heart. She tries too hard to be accepted. I dont know how to express it. She is probably much better with the Creole or Spanish speaking patients (I speak neither), but she doesnt impress me as being particularly competent. Im sorry to say I wont be going back because Im not comfortable with her being involved in my dental regimen.

I recently became a patient of Dr. Dina and was quite impressed with her professionalism and caring. I needed 3 crowns and have almost completed the third one. I am very happy that I finally decided to become her patient. My husband has been singing her praises for years and I am so glad that I decided to listen to him. I look forward to many years as Dr. Dina’s patient.

Dr. Dina and her business manager work extremely well together. I appreciate that not excellence but above excellence seems to always be Dr. Dinas goal when it comes to pleasing her patients! Dr. Dina truly has a heart of gold that seems unreal but she is definitely genuine in her concerns about her patients. Once I had an urgent concern and reluctantly called her on a Sunday and she analyzed the situation worked with her business manager to fit me in immediately with no problem. This eliminated a lot of stress since I am not local and live 4 hours away. I highly respect Dr. Dina and her staff for truly caring about satisfying their patients which honestly family could be synonymous with patients in this case!

Literally the best staff!!! They go out of the way to make sure you have an amazing experience and that you are comfortable. They advised me soo well with my care and make coming to the dentist a complete pleasure!!! I love this office!!

Love them. The staff is so amazing and so sweet. Everyone puts forth such an effort to make sure your comfortable and that you understand what’s going on. And if your anything like me (forgetful) if you have an appointment they make sure to reach out by call, text and email so you never miss a beat. And whatever the reason for you being there best believe you will be taken care of.

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Dina. I had some dental work done over a decade ago but unfortunately I needed more work done. They were so professional and worked with me to find options to be able to pay for the work that wasn’t covered by the insurance. They even allowed me the opportunity to whiten my teeth (something that I had been wanting to do for awhile but couldn’t cause of previous dental work).Dr. Dina is a perfectionist. She gave the smile I had been wanting for years. I trust her to do my dental work again. I get compliments daily on how beautiful my smile is and how white my teeth are. Even sometimes people on Snapchat say my smile brightened up their snapchat! Lol.

Been coming to this office for years, great customer service and Dr. Albert always has your best interest, will be honest with his advice and has a genuine approach.

Julian is the worst manager at this place money hunger likes too rip people off does not disclose if you need too pay for procedures before performing work i am a humana patient so is my wife irma they charged her 11,000 for dentil work and rather lose people as patients then work with us

The other two people who work in your office, Adriana, the administrative secretary, are very kind and efficient, as is Julian, who is the accounting person, always explains to me everything about the cost of what I have to pay and is also kind.
